Hickory smoked BBQ ribs
added on 28/9/2009 by DaveTender and tasty ribs cooked to perfection in the smoker.
- Salt, pepper
- Garlic granules
- Hickory smoking chips
- Tiptree barbecue sauce
- Season ribs with salt, pepper and garlic; place in smoker along with wood chips.
- Dry smoke for 45 minutes; add a thinish layer of barbecue sauce and smoke for a further 30 minutes.
- Serve with another smothering of barbecue sauce.
